KHT Montessori (Updated information)
Karen Tyler of KHT Montessori (called World Wide Montessori before that) taught an online Montessori teacher training course for people who were unable to take formal Montessori training or were wanting to refresh their Montessori training. Karen has helped so many people through her KHT Montessori course! She retired in 2022. The freebies she generously gave to my readers are still available through my blog posts.
Her set of 12 teaching albums is still available to buy but only through Alison’s Montessori. You can buy the 12 Montessori albums from Karen Tyler (now listed under Alison’s Montessori Manuals) here.

Has anyone had any luck contacting Karen? I’ve tried her [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses, and the contact us form on her Web site looks to be going to an error page when I click submit. I am trying to get a couple questions answered in hopes of still getting into the Dec. 1 course. Anyone please let me know if I am perhaps using an old email address. Thanks!

Hi Deb, I can’t thank you enough for posting on Karen Tyler and her on-line training. I had been looking for a way to get more formal training, but my phase of life (with two young children and two part-time jobs) and my current budget has made all the options logistically difficult. Until now. I joined Karen’s latest class and am thoroughly enjoying it!

I highly recommend Karen Tyler’s Montessori course. The albums are superior in quality and content to the many forms I’ve used over the years. They present concepts in an interesting and orderly fashion providing excellent education for the layperson while enhancing the curriculum of the established Montessori teacher. The geography album offered in this site was clearly one of my favorites!
