It’s almost the New Year, and now is a great time to plan a New Year’s celebration with your family! If you already have traditions you love, that’s wonderful. Below are some great ideas found in cyberspace. These aren’t all Montessori activities, but they’re all good, clean family fun.

New Year’s Eve Times Square – Families on the West Coast can even celebrate the New Year at 9:00 p.m. PST along with the East Coast celebration!

Thanks, Anna-Marie! I got my master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies at Sheffield Hallam University. I was lucky to have the opportunity to travel around the UK quite a bit during that time, which was absolutely wonderful! Reading your blog brings back so many amazing memories … what an adventure you must be having! My daughter and I were able to attend Hogmanay in Edinburgh one New Year’s Eve. It was unbelievably fun! So many AWESOME activities!! This is such a great post..I’m going to pin it for next year. This year we started th tradition of family game night with my 3 year old (while the almost 1 year old slept 😉 ) She had a BLAST! It was her first time playing “games” and she woke up in the mornign asking for more!
