One of the best things about winter is watching children’s enjoyment of the season. You can easily add to your child’s enjoyment and learning by creating fun winter activities. And there are lots of amazing and creative ideas for winter activities online.
Activities involving snow, ice, snowmen, cold weather, and/or animals in winter are great for a winter theme. Arctic and Antarctic studies are great, too, although I’ll save those activities for another post.

Here are some Montessori-inspired winter activities related to snow, ice, snowmen, cold weather, and/or animals in winter. I’ll add to this post throughout the season.
