I love sensory tubs (sensory bins), and apple sensory tubs are especially fun at the beginning of the school year and through much of the fall. September 26 is Johnny Appleseed’s birthday. October is National Apple Month in the U.S., and Apple Day, celebrated mainly in the UK, is October 21.
Whether you’re focusing on apple activities at home or school, apple sensory tubs are a great addition to a preschool apple unit. Following are lots of creative ideas for apple sensory tubs from around the blogosphere.
