Compass activities are perfect for summer (or whenever you have good weather for outdoor walks where you live). And compass walks are great outdoor learning experiences, ones that can be fun for the whole family.

Thank you for these resources! The other day, my older son (6) couldn’t figure out why on one day (when we were on a train) I was saying that North was to his right while on another day (when we were at home) I was saying that North was to his left. Some compass activities might help!
